We step in 4–6 weeks before your event to fine-tune the details, coordinate with your vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly—so you can relax and be fully present on your day.

This package includes:

• Introductory planning call + ongoing communication

• Final vendor confirmations and timeline management

• Custom wedding day timeline

• One venue walkthrough

• Rehearsal coordination

• On-site coordination (up to 10 hours)

• Lead coordinator + assistant

• Pre & Post wedding welcome event/rehearsal dinner coordination (optional add-on)

• Additional day-of-assistant (optional add-on)
